Having a single contact that I could talk with would have been great. Every time I called the 800#. I would get a different person and have to explain everything or wait for the person to review the file. It was very difficult to get ahold of someone specific, when you need to ask a question. When I left a message, I probably received a return call 1/2 the time, and usually not very quickly. We would be asked to send something in, would do it, then still be asked again. Lots of repeats

Nicholas was very responsive, he returned emails within minutes. During the closing I asked if he could call me to answer questions I had and he called less than a minute later. Greatly appreciate his availability and customer service.
