Debora was awesome during the process. I was frustrated with some of the elements that were supposed to be communicated but I want to say that Debora was the one person that had her game together for the process. Ryan Tang was shot multiple e-mails as well as a phone message from myself and I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM HIM. In the end, Debora was the one I was able to communicate with and make this loan something I was able to sign off on with a clear conscious.

I liked getting a weekly phone call from Linda even if it was just to say “we’re still on track, nothing further is needed.” Otherwise I’d have thought they’d forgotten about me since we closed about 15 days later than we thought we would.

Prior to contacting PennyMac for our next mortgage we had already been customers for 4 years. As it happens all the time our deal went sour on one house but we immediately found another. When we needed PennyMac, Rosario Lopez to be on our side it was not available. Rosario Lopez either does not have the authority, experience, flexibility or knowledge to get things done. Had we had enough time we would have taken our $458,000 loan elsewhere. Currently looking to refinance so we can leave PennyMac
