The communication became a bit of a challenge but we worked it out
Nichole Littleton was pleasant to work with. She communicated with me clearly and often throughout the process.
My only frustration with the process, which has been my 3rd loan with PennyMac, is that I would get an email that I needed documents, I would login to see and nothing new was needed. Plus, the site you login is not extremely clear on what you have provided as it disappears and there is no trace or list that helps keep you aware that the document is provided to you.

I'm very happy with Pennymac, everything went well, better than I expected, Mr. Torres and Jeffrey help me with the whole process of my loan, I'm glad to have Pennymac as my Mortgage Company.
The process was seamless, the covid crisis did not limit ability to continue on.
The loan officer, Ms. Christmas, obviously has too many loans for her to handle. When you can get in touch with her she's very professional. However you can almost NEVER get in touch with her. I ALWAYS had to initiate our conversations. She wasn't proactive only reactive to my desires. I guess you all had me spoiled for three years. I've learned my lesson now.
Cheree always wanted to just get the job done and didn’t make an effort to take care of us when a last minute issue arose that had nothing to do with us. Instead of confronting it and helping she ran and hid. Will remember this for a long time and wouldn’t have closed if it wasn’t for myself reaching out multiple times for a resolution.
