My poor review is not for Tyra. She did her absolute best. My comments are for the loan process in itself. Once it went from the application to the underwriting team was when things got messy. I already have two other mortgages which should have been in the system. Hopefully on the next one, the process will be smoother. A list from the beginning with all the documents needed. Again Tyra was there from beginning to end for us.
Experience was great!
Everything went great & Chaix & the team communicated clearly & promptly. My main issues were with the closing team not responding to the title company & having 2 incorrect charges assigned to me - the title company helped to get this corrected.

Very easy process, clear communication, a few glitches with the website but recovered fairly quickly. We appreciate the convenience of the mobile notary as well. Overall we had a pleasant experience.
I like Ms Mack very much. I am glad she did our refinance.
The employees were very clear and what was expected of me and what they were going to do. Any questions I had were promptly answered. And everybody was pleasant friendly and it was a wonderful experience.
