Very easy process. The only thing that I was a bit frustrated with was the incorrect amount of my closing costs. I had gotten a cashier's check. When the notary came she told me that was the incorrect amount. Luckily I managed to find 1 personal check to write the correct amount to be able to close on time

It seems in the 3 months it took to get the loan processed we would receive weekly calls telling us that our application was pending. When it was time to close the closing document was not what we agreed to. The week before closing we had several questions with the loan processor and the account representative to which no one responded to our emails. This is the last time we will obtain and type of financing needs with Pennymac and will not recommend our friends and family to use Pennymac.
