Letisia Gonzalez was terrible. She processed the wrong loan documents initially which could have delayed us (I had to get the correct documents generated without her help). I asked her questions and received "I'm sorry Mr. Hidalgo, I understand but I cannot commit to anything." This response didn't even make sense to a couple question. She didn't care or try to help. I had to get her manager involved to even close on time. She wanted to delay 10 days. UNACCEPTABLE!

Everyone that worked on our refi was knowledgeable and answered questions promptly and treated me with respect. Not to mention Pennymac beat out my original loan estimate at another company. Great experience, and I’m glad I’m sticking with PennyMac.
