This home loan process was basically stress free for me, they did all the work and I am now enjoying my home. Thank you!
Everything was reallly good. The only thing that was a little annoying at First was that there were so many people contacting me at the same time, and I was a bit overwhelmed, but once I overcame that everything Went smoothly, thanks for everything.
Start to finish the process was very smooth with only a couple of surprises which were communicated well and resolved quickly.
Our refinance was way quicker than we expected. Steve Garcia and Denny, and the rest of the crew working on our loan were great to work with...from start to finish!!! The gal who came out to do the closing at our home was professional yet friendly as well. It has been a great experience overall, and have been telling friends about PennyMac so hope they'll give you a call too!!! :)
It was great because everything was answered clearly and the process was done quickly with out any problems.

Albert and Nick were patient and fantastic from start to finish. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I know they were very busy in this time, but they took excellent care of me.
