Too many people were involved in the process. The initial contact person, Pia Collins, could not have been more professional, helpful and cheerful. Almost every contact after that point became a challenge. We were assigned to Ana Eng. If you caught her on a good day, it was a good experience, if not it was a crap shoot. At one point a staffer said I needed to understand because personnel were under a lot of stress. Dennis Wong a manager ,never even returned my request for conversation.

Not really fair assessment due to covid19 emergency. Too many people touching the loan package not enough direct contact with primary processor!

Let the customer no all the information needed instead of requesting information every week or so. Also have just one agent doing the contacting between the customers realtor and the customer.

Great experience right off the bat with loan officer Marlon Bivens who took his time to educate us on the overall process and had the patient of a saint answering our many questions. The loan processing support we received was also outstanding! We always had someone to speak with even when it wasnt our assigned loan processor. Great experience overall and we are very happy with our final product and refinance. We shopped around alot and pennymac came out very competitive with their rates and pri

I began the process in January this year, didn’t hear anything from anyone until The middle of March when I spent an hour on hold asking why I received to payoff demand statements in the mail. Customer service connected me to my loan officer who informed me the previous person handling my loan had left. I reviewed documents with him and then at closing I had to write $400 check and I was told I was bringing nothing to close. It has just been very disconnected communication by everyone.
