Dealing with Cherie’ Payton was a very pleasant experience. She was very helpful and responsive when I had a question. She did an awesome job and I appreciate her assistance. I was disappointed in how difficult it was to get ahold of Will my loan officer after we got the loan process started. Some questions o had could only be answered by him as well as I wasn’t informed before hand that once it started I would be basically dealing with everyone but the loan officer.

Better communication including weekly updates. A firm closing date, not extended out 2 extra months. An accurate closing statement without a charge for flood insurance that was already part of the condo association dues. It would also help to be able to communicate with the same person each time at Penny Mac. It was extremely difficult to get ahold of the processing agent by phone call.
