Erandeny was amazing; she was persistent, even when the V.A. was being ridiculous. I had about given up on getting another V.A. loan, even though I have had them before. But Erandeny never gave up on the process; she was patient and thorough. One thing that really impressed me---it seems like a small thing, but in these troubling times, it was not. When she called me, the first thing she said was "How are you?" It meant a lot to me.

I am very grateful to both of my loan officers for making this process as painless as possible. I want to thank them for their patience and courtesy helping me with unfamiliar technology. I have recommended PennyMac to friends based on my absolutely positive experience.
The multiple delays & errors endured with this loan was very disappointing. Caused extra stress on top of COVID-19 pandemonium. Agent Jorge Blanco did not meet our expectations for communication, accuracy, & timeliness. For example we left messages for Jorge but it would be days or weeks before we heard back from him, he made mistakes with cash to close amounts which skyrocketed twice, & he did not follow PHFA protocol to request subordination. We feel misled about upfront savings vs. costs.
