It was relatively easy to follow the process online and communication was frequent all along the way. Our ONLY hitch was finding out a few days before close that we had to pay our property tax. It was a bit of a scramble, but the delay in signing documents with the notary was only by one day. Overall, we are very happy with PennyMac's service.
Gina was tremendous. An excellent asset to the whole company. She was terrific, clear communication and I highly recommend her. I also highly recommend the loan originator Kathy Smith who was top notch as well. Highly satisfied.
For the most part it went as expected.
