Closing was very fast and easy. Document requirements were fairly minimal and straightforward.
After the first phone call everything went smoothly. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My closing cost was surprisingly very low. The only thing I would change would be telling people that reviewing and signing documents on their phone is easy. I found it difficult but much more convenient than meeting in person. My overall experience was great.

The only saving grace for PennyMac was m.a.c. team member Nick. Nick contacted me several times (15+) throughout the process, he alone provided solutions to holdups in the loan process and communicated very frequently with me. Nick worked late multiple nights coordinating all the parts to ensure my closing happened before the deadline of the end of month. So I would like to say a BIG THANK YOU to Nick for making this loan happen. I was on the verge of canceling this loan process due to inadequat

First of all I have been with Penny Mac for my previous mortgage and I did not have any problems. Payment is easy where I did it online or over the phone. This time, buying a new home was made easier by Penny Mac. Sandra Benavides assisted me all the way. I did not have to even follow up because she calls and emails and gives me updates. I felt really comfortable asking questions.
Everything was great from day one taking with my loan officer to the end of my load. Thank you everyone that make it happen I’m so happy 🤗. Thank you PennyMac for my loan 💯 satisfied
