Easy refinance almost as easy as a streamline refi.
My experience with Zandy Valadez was excellent. Never experience in my over 10 times refinancing the services provided by the PennyMac Team. Started with Karen Flores (Loan Officer), when I put in my application on March 21, up to Esigning the documents with the help of Karen and Zandy, up to signing all the documents with the Notary Public April 2. What a great team your company has, finishing my loan and was funded in 16 days. Bravo Zulu to the PennyMac Team and keep up the good work.
Linda Frazier would call us at strange times throughout this process. For instance, 8:30 pm on a Friday, is not a time for business. When we would try to call her back we could never reach her and would get help from some other representative. Then she would call to follow up on what they told us. We had questions about title insurance which she could not answer. Finally, the day before closing she called and asked what was my spouses name! Too lazy to read paper work!
