AMMIE was great and she kept communication lines open constantly keeping me informed
Loan process went smooth and was quick and fairly easy. Had a few rough spots when it came to closing. Had to reschedule 3 times but did finally get it done and all went smooth.
Eric was very helpful and nice answer all the questions I had was always there when I need him
Molly made herself available basically at all hours of the day anytime I wanted/needed. Previous to Molly, Moe did the same. They answered any and all questions I had. They treated me like a person rather than a number which is uncommon nowadays. You need more employees like them. I am in the service industry as well so I know the difference between good employees, bad employees, and company culture. PennyMac needs more employees like these two.
