Loan officer and loan specialist were great throughout process. My issue and what i recommend improvements to is with the folks behind the scene that ultimately approve the loan. Their information is usually piecemealed to the loan specialist, loan officer and customer.
The process went smoothly during a time that can be frustrating. Closed on expected date.

TOO many requests for same information previously sent!! Not understanding retired military don’t receive a monthly pay statement. No apparent understanding of military disability pay. BNT required us to sign a lien document but person in charge of that didn’t know why (we don’t have any liens on this house-or any house we’ve owned. We signed it, later said we didn’t have to sign it-no lien. It appeared to me that there was a lack of communication in the organization.
