Penny Mac is an expert with home loans and refinancing, they took me back no questions asked when I got taken by new day loans. They are great and easy to work with.
Fast and easy
Communication was difficult. Other PennyMac reps that I spoke with were able to calm me and make me feel they were going to help me, but communicating with Cammorah, I felt unsure that she could help me. Very stressful. I’m sure she followed procedure. I’m thankful she was able to make my loan happen and on time.
PennyMac made my refinance extremely simple. I barely had to do anything at all and the process was handled quickly.
My officer, Emma Hamlin, was outstanding. She answered my questions professionally, quickly, and beyond expectation. She represented PennyMac very well and made the experience easy and efficient during the unique COVID times. I truly appreciate her.

All staff worked together well. Regular communication walked us through the process step by step and made it go easily and smoothly! Alfred Reams was very pleasant to work with. He answered all of my questions and was very relaxed which made it working with him very comfortable. The overall experience was very good!
