Jan started off a little shaky and was not certain on some questions I had from the start. However, his Manager Ron O’Niel stepped in and assisted Jan. Ron really help move this process along well. PennyMac has great customer service. Unlike other companies PennyMac has not sold my loan to another company. I have been with PennyMac since 2015 and have already refinanced twice. Both times were seamless and closed on time. Thank you!!

Gwen was not responsive to emails and i had to ask at least twice to have a call with her. At least two emails were completely ignored. My closing documents had me listed with two different names (a previous name and a current name). SHe didn't explain the documents at all. When I asked her questions she didn't seem knowledgeable or confident in her answers.
Very, very helpful and cannot say enough good things about the mac team Blen, and Thomas were true professionals.
