Easy, smooth process.
The entire loan process was quick and painless. Overall we had a great experience working with PennyMac.
Initial loan application had many errors and misinformation, luckily, had no bearing on final closing. Calls to get status or get a questioned answered were not answered nor returned, led to day after day efforts to get in contact. Also, a check to payoff a car loan account was mailed to the wrong address and we had to scurry to find it and gain possession to sign it and mail to lender.
Greg and the mac team were awesome they quickly answered anything i could think of and made the process of refinancing a breeze!!!!
I would like to say Erica was nice and helped as much as she could. BUT this covid-19 made things horrible and calls back a mission and just horrible. I’m sure though if the world was not going through this we would have been fine with closing and title company.
