Communication was poor. I know were are in a COVID world but response time was very slow
Just the inability to reach anyone directly and to speak to Nancy directly. My loan has closed. Then the verification of employment went on for 6 days past when we closed with the Notary. We still have not received our cash out funding. Very unhappy about the loose concern in general. I would like to know specifically when I will receive my funding!
It made my wife happy.Money saved is money to be spent some-place-else.haha

She was professional and knowledgeable. She made me feel as if I were her only customer, though I know better. The overall experience was very satisfying and quik.
