Faiza hasn’t replied to emails I’ve sent. We were told there was no payment due at closing. Faiza said he’d try get the cost written off and then never came back to me. I’ve sent two emails and no reply. I’ve called and the music plays then I’m cut off.

Your requests dribbled out. Felt invasive. I never understood why. Your robot questions are impersonal, inhuman and suck. You kept handing me off to new people who did not know what the last guy said. It took too long. You did not know what a brokerage account was. You could not tell me why and what the questions where looking for. Days would go buy and then you would need something ASAP. It was the most unsatisfactory dealings I have had to date. You couldn’t even send me the fedex as promised.
