There were a few hiccups in communication in the beginning but once I was introduced to Ms. My'Esha Allen, she promptly and professionally addressed my concerns. From start to finish on the refinancing of my home it went smoothly. Also it was quick, would recommend Penny Mac to anyone considering a purchase or refinance.
It was very frustrating that I had to provide my employers contact information multiple times. Then when I reached out to my employer my self the loan agent did not respond promptly.
The entire process went smooth. I am happy to continue my business with PennyMac!
