Basically it took longer than expected to close. Some calls were not returned within a timely manner. We kept getting told we are working on it, we got over loaded with refi’s (even though we started the process before the rates were lowered) Besides that hiccup, everything else was great.
The process went smoothly and on time.
They made it a very efficient process. They did everything what I was told from the beginning correctly.

The process of 60 days was too long. We already had a loan with you & we’re refinancing. Thought it would take maybe two weeks to process. We had been approved by two other loan companies in only a two week process. We felt the communication wasn’t good. We had to make calls to follow up & spoke to several different people each time instead of only one person for our process. The other two loan companies were calling us & keeping us up to date as well as emailing. Hopefully things get better.
