The process started out fantastic because of the attentiveness and professional of Jeffery Benyo. Once the loan process progressed to Rachel Harris that’s when I became dissatisfied.

It was a very difficult time for PM due to the fact that it was the first week working from home.....I totally understand. However, the should up to close and the docs were. Incorrect.....and even that is OK. Then......they not NOT SHOW UP.....TWICE. And did not call, email, or text either time. That is unacceptable. Pick up the phone.....Twice.

Penny Mack didn't draw out the process, I appriciate how easy and fast the electronic application process is, times have truly changed.

Everything was great with Sharon Sidhu, however, we had two different interactions with a Danny Miller he was very rude, he told us that the pest report we had e-mailed over was not good enough he told us that anyone could e-mail a piece of paper over. We told him the report was signed by the Inspector who performed the work that needed to be done along with his Inspector License number and signed of by said Inspector. Danny still insisted that was not good enough. He was very un-professional.

It would have been better if I had gone somewhere else. Started precess in Oct 2019, they let my first appraisal expire after telling me we would close mid December. It expired in Jan and I was told 2 weeks after it expired. Had to start over in feb, then they let the pest inspection expire had to get another one. They asked for same documents over and over. I left messages and many times I got no responses. It was the worst refinance in 40 years that I have ever experienced!!!
