The process was easy yet professional. The approval and closing process was quick.
Technology worked great to receive and send documents. Process was fairly straightforward and easy from start to finish. Overall would recommend to others.

I liked getting a weekly phone call from Linda even if it was just to say “we’re still on track, nothing further is needed.” Otherwise I’d have thought they’d forgotten about me since we closed about 15 days later than we thought we would.
Prior to contacting PennyMac for our next mortgage we had already been customers for 4 years. As it happens all the time our deal went sour on one house but we immediately found another. When we needed PennyMac, Rosario Lopez to be on our side it was not available. Rosario Lopez either does not have the authority, experience, flexibility or knowledge to get things done. Had we had enough time we would have taken our $458,000 loan elsewhere. Currently looking to refinance so we can leave PennyMac
The process was simple and seamless.
It was smooth from beginning to the closing.
