Anytime I had a question about anything I received a response quickly, whether I called on the phone or sent an email. Everyone I communicated with was always pleasant and helpful.
Our Mac Team was great and very friendly. It was a very easy process. I liked that she kept calling to keep me updated on the process and see if I had an question.
The information requested was always vague. I would reply to the emails without getting a reply. It was more difficult as I had to figure out why things were as they were! This is a very stressful thing to do, let alone vague information! I run my own business and I am a communicator. I would either want, or give, too much information than not enough! I don't know if this was singular, to the individual processing the loan, or if it is that way across the board?

There were delays at EVERY step of the process. I initiated the process in January and still today (April 9) DO NOT HAVE MY Money. 3 week delay for appraisal, 2 week delay for notary and then no communication about closing. I finally called and got bad information from a woman that told me all is well and it should find tomorrow-wrong again. I had to call Ronald and he forwarded me another document I had to sign in order to close. Very frustrating process. Ronald Love was the only person I trust
Emerson Murad was exceptional to work with and was always prompt and answered all my questions. His performance through this process exceeded my expectations. Once the loan left him and went to the "my mac team" the ball got dropped multiple times. I would get asked for docs I already provided them. I would get emails that were of a generic nature asking for stuff required in a state I didnt reside. I would call and not get called back.
The process was fast and simple!
