Molly is a great person, So friendly and patient. You Know at Penny Mac it is so difficult to talk to the same person twice. Communicating with Molly Makes it feel great.
Cheree didn't know what was happening with my loan. Most of the time I knew more than she did. It was definitely not Cheree's fault but PennyMac really needs to ensure that they are on top of all aspects of a process. As evidenced in my refi, this is not the case currently.
The rates were good and Cheree was very helpful and super nice.
