Kristie was wonderful, from the moment I first talked to her to the end. I was always able to talk with her or email and recieved a response
Make sure that the documents that the person sends to you that update information for credit payoff and escrow amounts are correct before the DC is signed. I forwarded the county escrow estimate for my home before the closing and the closing documents were not correct. I also would have asked for $1000 more had I known what the "cash back" amount would have been before all those documents were finalized. It wasn't Yester's fault, she had the documents. It was the loan finalizer that should have corrected the information.
Great team! They assisted me with everything and kept me up to date.
Anna was through and followed up with any questions I asked in a timely manner. She went above and beyond to gather information which was not exactly in her line of work but she did it so that I can make a timely decision. Anna and her team met the closing date we as a buyer promised with no issues. I have been working with PennyMac over 7 years. It always has been a great company to work with. Thank you.

Easy, fast and convenient
1) We had multiple people calling, requesting the same info 2) The day before closing I was sent a rude email (2:30pm ) requesting bank info for my business. It said "Having trouble verifying your business is operating and open" What steps were taken before the afternoon before closing to verify my successful business of 18 years was operating?
