I was called by Penny MAC in the day before closing and told the closing date would be extended due to a document not being electrically signed. This document was signed on the date your company emailed it to me. I had to email a PDF of the document and email it to your company.
Too many different people to deal with. Mykela was just the last in a long row. The total process took about 2,5 month that is too long. Documents, which first we were told are not needed were requested later. Since I just switched from one loan with PennyMac to another loan PennyMac had all needed information anyway, why does PennyMac handle an in house refinancing the same way as any other involving different companies?
The entir process was quick and effortless.
Great communication. Really made for a smooth streamline VA. Took a lot of the stress out.

Prompt responses from loan originator Jelani Keller would have been appreciated. Nick Batten did the best he could under the circumstances. PennyMac needs to remember that you live and breathe mortgages and refinances, while most of us do this a few times in our lives. Be better at explaining the numbers.
