Initial meeting with the closing agent on a Saturday a.m. were inconclusive. He arrived with one expectation (he expected a check from me); I however, made it quite clear that I did not wish to pay out any $$ on closing day. He left (name of Stanley). Re-set another closing day with Mr. Liem for following week. She came with appropriate ideas as to what was to transpire on closing day! She was in and out in less than an hour. Mission accomplished!
