The nicest people to business with was probably the easiest and quickest refinance we ever had just a couple of weeks from application to close it’s why I’ll stay with pennymac DeBorah and Christian are awesome

It was effortless and a seamless process. From the beginning with John to processing with Linda, even during this pandemic was a great procedure. My only concern was (1) no one followed thru on verifying the state taxes resulting in a higher escrow and (2) no one told me not to make my payment the day before closing. Other than that, I was pleased.
it was so fast and easy this time. It took months last time.
Our loan originator and processor were both wonderful to work with. They kept us well-informed throughout the process and were always available for questions or assistance. Happy to be staying with PennyMac for our new mortgage loan.
Buyers need to have a direct phone number to contact the person/persons handling the loan. We were constantly having to leave messages. The appraiser was sent to the house a couple days before closing. This should have been done from the beginning. Repairs had to be made which held off closing another week. It was a LONG process and we are just glad to finally be in our house. Corey and Rosario were very nice. I don’t blame them for the “hiccups”. The process just should have been easier.
My husband and I worked with both Ruben Sanchez and Sandra Benavidez who were both very pleasant, knowledgeable, patient and made a great team! We already had our current home loan through PennyMac and we're so happy we decided to stay and work with you again. Thank you for going above & beyond our expectations during this process
There were a few small bumps in the road through the process but overall we felt well informed and were kept updated throughout.
