Very easy through the whole process and it’s saving me a ton of money!
very dissappointed that interest rates now at 0.25% 7 days after my closing. I think Penny Mac should honor a Rescission of my refinance due to the new wrench thrown into the mix.

simple and transparent process good customer service and attention
Communication at the close of the process was non-existent. There were several issues to be resolved prior to closing. We were told that we would recieve a call from our 2 separate points of contact. We did not. We attempted to call and we sent an email but did not receive a call back until after our closing.
