It was ok
I felt like there was a lot of down time between requesting and confirm. I understand my situation was different than most Refinancing but all the same I feel the communication could have for sure been better and the agent working on my account seemed unsure of what was going on a lot of the time
Maybe hit Great , but better than just ok. There were a few glitches but they were resolved once I pointed them out. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience. Anna did go out of her way to make me satisfied.
Timely information & close
The process seemed a little impersonal. Although everyone was very pleasant with me, it would be more beneficial to have a direct contact for communication. Commora Washington was amazing, but I could not contact her directly for questions, however she was professional and very dependable throughout the process.

Good Morning I have to say Sharon Sidhu is like a Family friend she made sure I was taken care of kept me in the loop called me constantly with a very nice attitude in the morning , and if their was anything needed she called both my phones to make sure I got the message what was needed. I want to thank whoever assigned Sharon to me made things go much smoother then my prior Refi . Thanks " Go Navy Go Army "
