I had to reschedule the closing date from feb 24th to March 4, but it was not communicated with me(I had to call & find out on my own after waiting for the notary for over 2 hours on the original closing date of feb 24th) at which point I was given a phone # to call the republic title company only to find out that they had no record of scheduled closing date of feb 24.. miscommunication among the team was also an issue. Overall Ms. Fraser was very professional & courteous & very helpful.
Great customer service and guidance throughout the process.
Biggest thing was communication. We were told several different things so messaging was not always accurate. The process went on as we had repairs to make that we did not agree with. If we had not started the repairs, we most likely would’ve not gone through with it. The loan officer did check in with us to see how things were going so we appreciated that.

Hector was amazing! He was easy to talk to, relayed information well considering this is very confusing information for me and was readily available whenever. Thanks to him, this was smooth and easy. That man deserves a raise because he dealt with me, honestly.
When I first started thinking of refinancing my home PennyMac was not on my list of potential providers. After speaking it over with my wife we decided to see if PennyMac could compete. I was connected to Braxton Bearden who told me about the match or beat option PennyMac offers. Braxton was extremely competent in his field and really made everything run seamlessly. Glenn Manalus was our loan processor and he was equally awesome. Never once had an issue using this dynamic duo. Thanks, PennyMac!
We worked very closely with Christopher, and then suddenly we got communications from Carmelita’s without warning. It would’ve helped to have a handoff to her. Also, a couple of times I called her and she requested documents for me and I had emailed her the information and she responded “I haven’t gotten them I didn’t check my email yet”.
