Well communicated, well organized, easy to understand with good/comparable rates
This is my third loan with PennyMac and each time it has been easy and customer friendly.
The closing documents changed fairly significantly and this was not communicated at all. At closing when I called to speak to my loan adviser I did not feel the explanation for the reason of the change or why it not communicated earlier was very frustrating. I felt very mislead.
