Fast, easy and on time.
We had gotten denied for our loan back in Dec 2019. This was not due to our inability to qualify. I believe it was a of a lack of communication between the associates at Penny Mac. This was cleared up and we were finally approved although it required a second credit pull and additional time and work. I still would like to thank Penny Mac.
Just wanted to thank the PennyMac team, specially, Zandy Valadez. You made my refinancing process easy and you answered all my questions. Thank you so much!
Overall, the experience was great in my opinion because of the simplicity of the process and the timeframe for which we were able to close. My only concern is that I sent two emails that went unattended.

The underwriters clearly need a class in COMMUNICATION. The loan disclosure document was incorrect by $1300 Error. I had to make phone calls continuously in order to determine loan status. Your underwriters need to be fired or retrained. All I ever needed was a phone call.
