Had a great experience and the process went as smooth as I had hoped

I routinely keep meeting with different loan processing agents and only spoke to my assigned agent very seldomly. Which is why it was very frustrating and my experience wasn't the greatest.

Loan officer and loan specialist were great throughout process. My issue and what i recommend improvements to is with the folks behind the scene that ultimately approve the loan. Their information is usually piecemealed to the loan specialist, loan officer and customer.
The process went smoothly during a time that can be frustrating. Closed on expected date.
