It seemed like the right hand did not know what the left hand was doing. Thought process was slow.
This review is unfair to the team that actually closed my loan. However I had been working with PennyMac since September of last year to refinance my house. Every single step during the first attempt was inaccurate and delayed. At the very end of the process, my Macteam completely stopped responding to my messages. Several weeks passed by of silence, until i reached out once more and had to start every step all over again. I could not have been more accommodating. This should not take 5 months!

The process of completing the loan was simple for the most part. Some of the information for request documents was unclear at times and I feel that it required me to jump through a hoop a few times. That's neither here or there, but I did receive excellent service from Pennymac. Micheal Henry was very quick to alert me when the information was needed for the loan and I had zero questions about the loan process.
