Letisia was very clear and concise with her communications and set a clear expectation as to what comes next in the loan process. She was very pleasant to speak to and very knowledgable about her role and the process overall. Refinancing a mortgage loan is not a simple transaction and she handled everything with the highest level of professionalism and integrity! I will certainly continue to do business with PennyMac and would love to be able to connect with her on another transaction!
Tommy Palacios was very good but after his part of the process it was hard to reach him. Leticia was very hard to reach but eventually everything turned out OK. It would be nice to just have one contact when in the loan process.
We had a mishap in the beginning due to the original loan officer we were working with just up'd and disappeared. We didn't get a phone call, email or any follow up as to what happened. We thought the process had already been moving along. We had sent it our W2's and pay stubs but after talking to our new loan officer Erik Bates the application hadn't been submitted. I left a vm to the loan officers Manager and he never bothered to give me a call back either. Erik and Andrew made it all better!
numbers went up and down, was told one thing next was another thing, even though amounts were not much, accuracy was missing evn to closing day when I got a surprised monthly payment that had gone up when just a few days prior it was lower. As a whole, service was OK.

Brent and Solina were awesome!!! They explained things in terms I could understand, which was extremely important to me. They didn't assume I knew what their terms meant and were happy to explain them to me. Very patient.
Everyone I spoke with was very clear with the process and answered all my questions.
