1. Get my social security number right. 2. Not order appraisals after it was waived and having appraisers call me insisting they appraise my house. 3. Ask for home owners info on a resident in NJ. I live in Georgia. 4. Ask me to reschedule my closing after I already had the closing. 5. Not return my calls. 6. Calls reminding me every 7 days tbat I owe paperwork after you already had them on file for 6 days, which causes delays. RIGHTHAND DOESNT KNOW WHAT LEFTHAND IS DOING. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

First time go-round in November, December, January, (1) I didn’t know why we weren’t closing and I tried getting in touch and it tools 2 weeks for anyone to respond to me. So we had to start all over. (2) Appraisal during first go-round was a joke. That guy did an awful job of research, evaluation and valuation. Second appraisal was fair, even if not as high as I would have hoped, and that person did a much better job of research especially in the economic circumstances of the time.

The first closing documents were incorrect. We declined closing. Immediately the My Mac team jumped in and corrected everything. Rescheduled the closing and we were done. The Wuhan virus hit and slowed things down after closing. But once again Jason Staples got in and corrected it.
