I was asked again and again to turn in work visa?? the intake formed was not filled out correctly by your rep. When I emailed back asking about this since my husband and I never had a work visa we’re both United States citizens. I was told it was corrected. The week before closing I was still asked again to turn in our work visas or it would delay closing. I felt like your company was being racist!!! Never got a call back. I Called got hung up on 3 times before getting this corrected.
Questions I had were answered to me in manner that I can understand. Two modes of communication were always utilized to ensure that I was well informed. The representatives were always kind and patient.

The loan closing documents were inaccurate, they showed that my first payment was due 3 days after closing. I was, however, impressed by the way PennyMac corrected the issue.
