The communication, accuracy and especially the willingness to work with my situation. I have never met a loan company the really cares about their customers like pennymac. My loan officer was the best I felt like I was working with family everytime we talked. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND PENNYMAC TO ALL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS
Loan processing was easy and painless. Nekita was great in giving updates on where I was with my loan, and followed up with my concerns promptly. There was one minor hiccup, but I say that's a win for a loan as there's usually way more that can come up. Thank you for staying professional and patient with me.

Requesting documents more then once that have been turned in on an earlier date. I have yet to receive a date of when cash will be deposited in our account. We closed days ago
The closing documents I was given before signing were different from the ones I signed. The guy who came out to sign the documents wasn't very nice. I felt very rushed, and he couldn't answer questions. And it is very hard to reach the person who is helping you through the whole process, you call and you always get someone else. Emails are not answered very quickly. One of my checks had the wrong name on it. I don't agree with receiving checks when no one sends checks anymore. It takes so long
