The entire process was quick and seamless. The only hiccup was that I was asked for the same docs that had already been supplied. Otherwise, everyone I communicated with were professional and friendly.
We had a few little miscommunications, but overall the response from PennyMac and all of the individuals we spoke to helped our refinance process be pretty painless and easy to do. We are happy that we refinanced with PennyMac.
