Only constructive feedback I have is to slow down interactions to ensure customers are clear on each step/needed item before moving to the next item. There were times I had to pause the conversation to ensure that mutual understanding was achieved.
Brandon Glenn and Jamie Wright did an excellent job. They were informative, supportive and patient. The title department seemed to have difficulty with follow through in getting items needed for closing. There was poor communication.
Ms. Lauren is truly the best! I greatly appreciate her persistency during this process. Thank you again and I wish you the best!
