We were able to get the information we needed. Sometimes it was hard because I had to explain to a few people to get what I needed but everyone was nice and tried to get me the information I needed fast
Excellent process from start to finish!!!
It was extremely difficult to get a hold of someone when I had questions or needed to check the status of the loan and find out next steps. I would wait on the phone for a while, plus it was almost never my loan coordinator I spoke to - I talked to him maybe once the entire time. The communication about documents being received or the status of items we were waiting on was terrible - I was the one actively checking in most of the time instead of the loan coordinator.
I want to acknowledge Sandra Benavidez's "over the top" customer support and meticulous "attention to detail" as she demonstrated these attributes consistently, consecutively, and continuously. It is my hope that Sandra will be properly recognized and her efforts lauded. Due to Sandra's diligent efforts, I was able to close three days earlier than scheduled. Thanks again Sandra for the uncompromising support!
