Everyone was very informative & very helpful. Everyone answered our questions promptly. This is the second time we have used PennyMac to refinance a home.
Really enjoyed and it went great
The communication was very good and everything went as it was told to me.
The original person I spoke to made the experience the best and due to that conversation, I committed to refinance with PennyMac. His name was Jason Pulkanski(I hope I spelt his name right). I was shopping around and his conversation with me, sold me. In addition to this, the ease of getting the docs over to PennyMac was an added bonus. In addition to the fact that you all did not need me to provide a million and one docs. Thank you to the entire team that facilitated the process.
Great communication
Great communication and quick answers
The lack of professionalism and honesty made this an unpleasant experience for my family and I. It felt like every time i called i was a burden or an inconvenience. One day i called and got several different answers from everyone i spoke to. Also i was told many times i would receive a call back which i am still waiting for and which are no longer needed. If it wasn’t for my persistent calling and getting reps to look into the account we wouldn’t have closed in Feb. The list goes on, can’t fit.
