All the people involved were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Made the entire process very easy nd fast.
There was some issues with my paperwork that was requested twice because it was thought to not be signed but yet it was correctly signed which set things back a couple of weeks. Then I was asked to provide some information about my address and it wasn’t specific and I said it back another week.

Everyone l spoke to at Penny Mac during this process from beginning to end was very professional, pleasant and patient with answering any questions l had. All of this was very much appreciated and made for a great experience. Thank you, Penny Mac team!
There was little communication unless I called with questions. Same documents requested several times. I was only able to talk with Gwendolyn once. All other times was someone else and they were of little help. We were never told we needed a witness at closing so had to scramble to get one. The only pleasant part of this whole process was we were told to have something like $500 at closing. Instead we told we had something like $1000 coming back to us.
Everything went smoothly.
