My refinance experience was great because the communication between Faiza and I was quick and efficient.
My experience with Mr Merzian & Ms Sandra Benavidez was outstanding and very smooth. I did have the opportunity to go with two other Lenders for 3.25 or 3.5% Interest Rate, but Mr Merzian showed what the financial upfront costs were and to maintain my business he & his boss provided me a $2000 Lender Credit at Closing. What I appreciated the most was Mr Merzians’ honesty and understanding. He is good at what he does. This was my 5th Closing and very smooth. Ms Benavidez was quick & attentive.
Sales call was friendly and informative, but once the refi process started I was handed over to Ammie Mack who didnt return my calls or emails and when I did talk to her, she wasn't able to answer my questions. I didn't have direct access to the people assigned to my file. I ended up talking to Gary Z which started off well enough, said he would get my answers and get everything in line but wasnt able to and only called me at 9pm. We got closed, but it was a frustrating process along the way.
