It was quickly done online, soon as the figures were correct it or as correct as they could be without delaying the process again.
We were told we wouldn't need an appraisal, then we were told we'd need an appraisal but it took several weeks for one to be arranged. Then we were told there was a safety concern raised by the appraisal, and even though I dealt with it immediately and provided evidence it was "corrected" it took several days for an inspection to be requested. It wasn't until I sent an email indicating my frustration at all this that we were finally told no inspection would be needed and we were able to proceed.
