Very fast closing, but would like to have talked to the same person throughout the process.
Procees was well explained up front and closing funds were clearly communicated.
This was the worst experience. Took 60 days to refinance. I had to talk to a manager or their supervisor almost every day. Every step of the process something went wrong all the way through closing and receiving an incorrect wire to pay off fees and remaining balance. Was constantly told I was wrong when I wasn’t. Nicholas Zellar was the only manager that seemed to care and helped us greatly through this.
They were very informative and made sure to keep us updated every step of the way.
