Nika Morris was very thorough in helping us get the correct documents submitted. We were not sure of how to send our resident verification but she walked up through it and made sure it was submitted correctly. Great customer service and very friendly. Also, kept us updated throughout the process and even gave us a follow-up call when the loan closed. Excellent service.
I was not given the details about how the process worked, i.e. I didn't know when my closing was and I was not told that I had to have a witness at the closing. I found out at the very last minute from the closing attorney.
Reps confidence and clear communication
First, I had to call numerous times to find out why the process was slowed down. Was told Title issues, but when I talked with someone else was told it was flood certification and that was two weeks after original question about length. Closing disclosure document had questions, was told they would be looked into and I'd be called back never was I had to call 5 days later! Was told they would be re-issued with corrections never were until 5 days later and then it was a RUSH to get them done..
PennyMac reached out to me and made offer equal to one I was researching. Ryan was good at helping me along, esp. with the online process
The experience was made easy and explained thoroughly and would recommend to others to go through PennyMac for home buying or refinancing.
It seems as though nothing is communicated from one person to another, people say they will call you back after taking down your info and they never do, messages never relayed, etc. In every way the situation could have been mishandled it was.
Very clear and efficient. My agent worked hard to answer questions and bring value to our transaction.
