I had to repeat my goal of the refinance on different occasions several times toward the beginning. I think it falls on poor communication within PennyMac and lack of notes. The service was very professional despite that issue.
The process is simple and easy to go through. The savings were meaningful, and the team which helped me always went above and beyond to make my experience great... and it was!

Only mistake they made was a paper check for my overage instead of a direct deposit. Overall fantastic service and easy process.
